Pick where you are and where you're going, and this finds the quickest way with the beta's 71 flight points, its boats and its zeppelins. Pick your faction, since each side flies from its own towns.

How the times are worked out
Flights follow the beta's own flight paths, measured point by point and timed at 32 yards a second. That's the speed the community uses for Classic flights; Blizzard doesn't publish one, so treat it as close rather than exact. Back-to-back flights count as one, since the flight master takes you straight through.
Boats and zeppelins count as 4 minutes each, wait included. Every one of them stops for a minute at each dock (the Feathermoon ferry for 30 seconds, which the beta's data agrees with) and runs on a loop of three to five minutes, so your wait depends on when you turn up.
Walks are straight lines at 7 yards a second on foot, 160% of that on a mount and 200% on a swift one. They don't know about mountains, so the real walk can be longer. The planner also assumes you know every flight point on the way.
