If you bought a Founder's Pack, there's something to collect. Skins, titles and the rest now work on every character and every server rather than the one you opened the pack on, and a dedicated shop lets you take anything from your tier that you don't already own, for nothing. It stays open on all characters and all servers until NC posts a closure notice.
The change that costs you is further down the list. Morphing Sealed Wings into Enhance Stones now carries a weekly limit of 20 Morphs per server. Enhancing Unique gear to +15 and Heroic to +20 runs on Enhance Stones, so a route that had no ceiling has one, and it is the sort of limit that decides how fast a weapon climbs rather than whether it can.
Raw Leather drops more often in Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Verteron and Altgard. The Wind Breeze Merchants pick up a Resurrection Spiritstone (Season 1) at 25,000 Kina, ten per server per week, on sale until the December 15 maintenance. Map pins go up to 30, which the interface had been getting wrong rather than enforcing.

Improvements
- Founder's Pack purchasers will be able to use Skins, Titles, and other items on other characters and servers.
- Founder's Pack purchasers will be able to use the dedicated Shop to purchase items they do not yet own for free, based on their Founder's Pack tier.
- The free Founder's Pack-dedicated Shop will be available for all characters on all servers until a closure notice is issued.
- Items you already own from your Founder's Pack will not be purchased again; if you end up with duplicate items that remain in your inventory, we plan to add a feature allowing you to discard them at a later date.
- Skins obtained in duplicate through the Founder's Pack-dedicated Shop will not affect the purchase limit for paid Skins, and a fix to prevent duplicate entries will be planned for a future update.
- If you are unable to complete a purchase while buying the Founder's Pack, please close the client and try again.
- A weekly limit of 20 Morphs per server will be added to the Substance Morph formula for morphing Sealed Wings into Enhance Stones.
- The drop rate for "Raw Leather," obtainable from monsters in the "Chaotic Lower Reshanta," will be increased.
- The drop rate for "Raw Leather," obtainable from monsters in "Verteron" and "Altgard," will be increased.
- New Kina items will be added to the Wind Breeze Merchants.

Fixes
- The issue where the maximum number of Map Pins that can be placed on the map is incorrectly displayed will be fixed.
- You will be able to place up to 30 Map Pins.
- [Asmodian] Challenge Season Missions > The issue where the "Daeva of Glorious Deeds" mission in the Weekly Missions cannot be completed properly will be fixed.
- The issue where the "Movement Controls" option appears multiple times under Settings > Key Settings > General will be fixed.
- An issue where certain Emote commands do not function properly in chat will be fixed.
