Talent changes from Classic
Every talent Forever adds or changes, and the Classic ones it leaves out, with the old tooltip next to the new one.
How talents are matched
A Forever talent is the same talent as a Classic one when it uses Classic's spell. Where Forever made a new spell, a talent of the same name in the same class counts instead. Anything else on the Forever side is new. Classic talents that nothing matches are left out of Forever's trees, which doesn't tell you whether the effect went somewhere else, so the class pages only say they aren't there.
Changed means the ranks, the slot, the prerequisite or the tooltip differs. Blizzard rewrote a lot of tooltips in house style ("Rage" for "rage points", "2 min" for "120 sec"), so a tooltip only counts as changed when a number moved or a word that matters did.
Forever values come from the beta client, build 1.60.1.69913. Classic values come from Classic Era, build 1.15.9.69722. Both were read through wago.tools. The beta is still changing, so this list will too.
