Before any of the stat talk below: your stigma levels compete with your gear. Light of Protection and the other key stigmas do more for a group than most upgrades on this page will. Sort those first, then optimise.
That's not the usual advice for a damage class, but you're not a damage class.
Crit chance over crit damage
Earth's Grace already gives you crit damage, so you're near the cap and more of it returns less. Crit chance takes over.

Smite comes off Pet Genus lines 3 and 9, helmet and cloak lines, and Wisdom Pantheon. Pet Genus guide has the rolls.

Eroded lead on max attack, multi-hit, HP and front attack damage boost.
Talisra's take a solid 35% for cooldown reduction and accuracy, and cooldown reduction deserves a harder look on a healer than the raw numbers suggest. A cooldown coming back sooner is often worth more than a bigger number on the heal itself, and that's not something the damage model can tell you.
Illusory Echo sit at 9% but their owned effect is Smite, your best stat. Owned effects apply while you're wearing a different pair, so pick them up regardless.
