Hunter's Resolve and Bow of Blessing both feed you crit damage, which puts you near the cap before gear. Same situation as Assassin and Cleric: crit chance ends up worth more than crit damage, not less.

The front/back thing
Here's the bit that looks wrong and isn't, or at least isn't always.
Korean Rangers stack front/back damage boost. You're a ranged class. Standing behind a boss isn't supposed to be your job, and yet the top players do it anyway, and the model backs them: +0.70% per 1%, fourth best stat you can roll.
The catch is that number assumes 75% positional uptime, which is the melee default. If you're parked at max range kiting everything, you are nowhere near 75%, and that +0.70% is a fantasy.
So be honest about how you play:
- You hold a position and DPS from behind or the flank? Korea's right. Stack it.
- You kite constantly and never stop moving? It's worth a fraction of that. Drop the uptime in the gear advisor and watch it collapse down the rankings.
This is one of the few places where copying the popular build can actively cost you.

Eroded lead: max attack, multi-hit, HP, and front attack damage boost. Note it's specifically front, which ties straight back to the positional question above. If you're at range, part of that pair is doing nothing for you.
Talisra's are the cooldown and accuracy option, and a quarter of Rangers run them, so it's a real choice rather than a fallback.
Illusory Echo only show up on 6.5% of Rangers, but their owned effect is Smite, which is your single best stat. Owned effects apply while you're wearing something else, so grab them whatever you end up equipping.
